Ann-Louise Ott
Senior Tax Professional
President/Founder
Ann specializes in corporation and partnership taxes (federal and state). She provides personal tax preparation services primarily for individuals who are partners and/or shareholders of these companies. Ann consults with her clients regarding tax and accounting issues, tax planning and new business set-up and development. She represents clients in state and federal audits and negotiations with the IRS. Many of Ann's clients come to her with several years of past taxes. Ann works with clients to assess their situation, then prioritize their issues and create a plan to bring them up-to-date and in good standing with the IRS.
Molly Davis
​Office Manager
From preparing W2s and 1099s to managing office tech issues, Molly takes on many roles depending on the day and time of year. She serves as Bayley Davis's receptionist, office manager and operations expert. Molly is your “go to” person for Washington State Business Taxes and Payroll Taxes. If you need assistance with these filings you need Molly.
Molly also heads up the accounts payable and accounts receivable departments in addition to running payroll and providing basic QuickBooks support for clients.

Avada Douglas
Tax Professional
Avada brings a wealth of tax and audit experience to Bayley Davis Associates. She has experience in individual, small business and self employed tax returns. She has specialized in the Earned Income Credit and ran one of the busiest VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) Centers in Boston, MA where she helped file state and federal returns for over 1,300 taxpayers each year. Avada earned her law degree in 2011 with a focus on taxation and business and estate planning, and has experience with will preparation. She is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts. She likes roller derby, whiskey and spreadsheets.
