While Ann does a little bit of everything at Bayley Davis, she specializes in corporation and partnership taxes (both federal and state), consulting on tax and accounting issues and business development. She also represents clients in state and federal audits and negotiations. Many of Ann's clients come to her with several years of past taxes. Ann works with clients to prioritize and bring them up-to-date and in good standing with the IRS.

She serves as Bayley Davis's receptionist, office manager and operations expert. She also heads up the accounts payable and accounts receivable departments in addition to running payroll and providing basic QuickBooks work for clients.

She offers maintenance services by either training staff on Quickbooks or maintaining the books herself. She also provides quarterly audits of your books and helps companies prepare for the quarterly and yearly filing of federal and state taxes.
